Variety Of Tradition
Most yoga styles are all based on the same traditional practices of Asanas. However, they can be a fast pace, muscle building or slow-moving deep relaxing yoga styles. It can also vary from studio to studio. Some yoga instructor also may do hybrid practices and mix different styles.
Sometimes, it also depends on your mood on any particular day. If you have a lot of energy and need to burn it off, maybe you choose to go with a fast pace Vinyasa. Or maybe it was a stressful day and you need deep relaxation a Restorative Yoga will be just the right choice.
The worst feeling is to go to a yoga class that you never tried before and leave with the feeling it was not right for you. To really experience all the benefits of practicing yoga, you should feel good while practicing.
